1. Tour Services

Tours with Locals offers private and group tours around Switzerland. We provide transport to various destinations, including:

  • Mount Pilatus
  • Engelberg Titlis
  • Stein am Rhein & Rhine Falls
  • Jungfrau
  • Customized tours of up to 200KM

2. Transport Options and Pricing

Our tour prices are determined based on the type of transport chosen:

  • Mercedes V-Class (up to 7 seats)
  • Mercedes Sprinter (up to 16 seats)
  • Volvo S80 (up to 4 seats)

All tours include a local private guide, free water, and transportation. VIP services are also included at no extra cost.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting us through email or phone. Payment is required upon booking, and you will receive confirmation of your reservation via email.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients are entitled to a full refund if they decide to cancel their booking. Free cancellation is available up to the day of the tour. To cancel, clients must notify us by email at [email protected] or via phone/WhatsApp at +41 79 606 01 83.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Clients are responsible for their own travel documents, such as passports and visas if required.

6. Liability

While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Tours with Locals is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tours.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
